South Nanaimo homes for sale include waterfront properties, investment opportunities and even new construction. It’s a diverse region in terms of real estate; however, it isn’t easily defined, and it’s often divided into smaller communities. The line begins south of downtown, following the edges of the shoreline towards Cedar. On either side of the Island Highway are a number of areas, including Harewood and Chase River before it meets Cinnabar Valley.
